Returns

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may send it back to us within 14 days for an exchange or a full refund- No Questions Asked

This does not apply to custom orders, or orders that have been personally engraved with Names or Initials unless stated otherwise. 

There is a NO Cancellation policy but as stated- You may return the item once received. After we received the item, the money will be immediately returned to the original method of payment. 

You may also choose Store Credit (good for up to one year) or an exchange for an item or lessor or equal value. You may also shop a combination of items and we will adjust your credit accordingly

Shipping

We offer complementary shipping on all orders. All packages are insured with FedEx. Once your item has shipped, we will update you with a tracking number. Please make sure that you are available at the time of delivery as a signature will be required upon arrival.

How long will it take to receive my order?

ALL of our Beautiful products are custom made to order. Our processing time is 1-2 weeks. We will update you with tracking information as soon as it is ready to ship. Handmade items could take an extra 5-7 days depending on the shape and design. But each item comes with a Tracking number AND we offer phone support

We provide secure payment options via our website. You may checkout using a credit card, or you can choose to use one of our financing options. 

The billing will say Paris Gemstones on the credit card receipt

Appraisal or GIA Certification

All orders come with an Appraisal or a Certification card.  There is also a warranty on the stones: The warranty includes prong tightening, re- polishing, rhodium plating, resizing and cleaning. If damage is caused by neglect or normal wear and tear, we will carry out a repair at cost. If an stone falls out of place, we will replace it as long as it occurred within the year of purchase.

Please note, this does not apply to international orders.

Are the diamonds conflict free?   Yes, our diamonds are conflict free. We support the work of the international Kimberley Process which monitors the origin of rough diamonds to ensure that diamond sales are not being used to finance conflicts. Nowadays, it is believed that conflict diamonds account for less than 0.2% of global supply. 

Clarity enhanced diamonds We perform a treatment on the stone to enhance its beauty and remove the visibility of any unwanted imperfection
